Workout Plan For the Week

Here is my workout plan for this week:

Monday: Run 2 miles

Tuesday: Cross training 40-45 min.  Strength training

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Run 1 mile race pace

Friday: strength training

Saturday: Run 2.5 miles

Sunday: Run 30 mins. easy run

Hopefully I can stick with this plan this week.  That will be my one goal that I will focus on for the week.
